Add berries to a bowl, slice however you like... Cut lemon in half, squeeze half on berries.

In a sauce pan, heat sugar and cornstarch.

Add the other half of the lemon juice and add your berries.

Heat berries about 5mins til the juices just start to come out...set aside to cool and thicken.

Slice your swiss rolls to make circle slices.

Make the vanilla pudding as directed on box, add your cold condensed milk and stir.

Then gently fold in your cool whip.

Set aside some fresh berries to add ontop !

In a clear trifel bowl ; layer whipped cream, layer of cake (swiss rolls), layer of berries, repeat steps...make sure last layer is whipped cream...add fresh berries to the top and voila!
