Cereal And Cookie Squares

   Line a small pan with aluminum foil.

   Break the biscuits into pieces in the food processor. If you don't have a food processor, simply put the packet of biscuits in a bag, and hit the bag against the counter several times.

   In a bowl, beat the egg yolks well.

   In a saucepan, heat the sugar, butter, and chocolate. When the chocolate begins to melt, add the egg yolks, stirring constantly, until completely melted, and well mixed.

   Remove from heat, add biscuit pieces, and cereal. Mix well.

   Place the dough in the baking pan, and use a spoon to spread out evenly.

   Sprinkle chocolate cereal on top generously, use a spoon to lightly push the cereal into the dough.

   Refrigerate for a least 1 hour.

   Cut into squares, and serve.
