Celery Seed Dressing – a delicious recipe with dry mustard, water, sugar, onion powder, vinegar, salad oil. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. water
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine mustard and water. Allow to stand 10 minutes. Mix mustard, sugar, salt, paprika, onion powder and garlic salt with half of vinegar. Add oil gradually while beating with electric mixer. Add remaining vinegar and celery seed. Mix again. Yields about 1 1/2 cups. Great on green salad or making a dressing for pasta salad. Extra paprika adds a little more color.
