Preheat your grill to medium low heat.

In a small bowl combine sugar, salt, chipotle powder, cumin and pepper.

Place soaked plank (see note) on preheated grill.

Close lid and allow the plank to heat for about 3 minutes.

Turn the plank over with your tongs and place salmon on heated side of plank.

Close the lid and grill for 12-15 minutes.

Remove salmon from grill and drizzle with honey.

Serve immediately.

Note: The instructions for the cedar plank indicate it should be soaked in water for at least 15 minutes.
