First cut the cauliflower in small florets and boil them for 5-7 minutes until they are going to be bit soft.

Remove from fire and drain them

Meanwhile brush with butter a heat resistant bowl, and sprinkle it with one full hand of breadcrumbs.

Put one layer of cauliflower , one layer of cheese, one full hand of bread crumbs and so on until u are going to finish all the cauliflower.

Last but not least and very important is beat two eggs with sour cream OR plain yogurt and pour them over the last layer of cauliflower.

Spread another layer of cheese over the egg mixture

Put it into the oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until nicely browned surface!
