Cauliflower – Broccoli Dish With Bacon And Cheese

   1. Put the oven on 180 degree. Cook the

   cauliflower and broccoli in a pan with boiling water for 5 minutes.

   2. Mix the mustard and a little bit cooking cream till it is a smooth mixture. Put the

   egg and the rest of the cream and mix it. Mix 50 gr. cheese with it.

   3. Throw (or just put) the cauliflower, broccoli and bacon in the oven dish. Put the

   creammix (which you made at 2.) over it. And put the rest of the cheese over it.

   4. Put the dish in the oven for 15 min.

   5. Cut the chives and throw them over the dish.

   It is nice with small potatoes (see picture), because it is Dutch.
