Using food processor--or blender

chop peppers (clean out seeds beforehand) and onion to medium texture. Chop cilantro by hand and add to processor. Pour in canned tomatoes sprinkle chili powder over top (cover lightly) and add 4-5 drops of liquid cayenne sauces. Using food processor to mix and chop using pulse to avoid over chopping.

Set aside or store for later.

Rinse (thaw if needed) Salmon Steaks. Dry and rub with small amount of chili powder

Spray grill with light coating of cooking spray

Cook Fish until flaky/depending on thickness 7-8 minutes
