Cathedral Window Holiday Bars

   Crust: MIX flour and sugar in large bowl.

   Add butter, mixing with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.

   Spread onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.

   Bake at 350F 18 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned; cool.

   Filling: MELT chocolate and butter in heavy saucepan on very low heat, stirring constantly until just melted.

   BEAT chocolate mixture, sugar and half-and-half with electric mixer on medium speed until blended.

   Gently stir in marshmallows and pecans.

   Pour over crust.

   Refrigerate several hours.

    Cut into squares.

    Microwave Tip: To melt chocolate and butter: Place chocolate, unwrapped and broken in half, and butter in microwavable dish.

    Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until almost melted, stirring halfway through heating time.

    Remove from oven; stir until completely melted.
