Cashew Butter Cookies

   Mix ingredients well. Roll dough into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Using a fork dipped in sugar, create criss cross patterns on the dough balls. Bake at 350u00b0F for about 8 minutes or until done (baking times may vary).

   Note: I also tried almond butter in place of the cashew butter. They were pretty good, too.
