Carrot Pound Cake

   Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

   Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl until it obtains a foamy texture.

   Add the toasted bread, hazelnuts, carrots, yeast, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the bowl, and mix.

   Beat the egg whites until it forms peaks and has a firm texture. Add to the bowl and mix.

   Place the dough in a pound cake mold lined with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour.

   Remove the pound cake from the oven, let it cool off, and serve.
