Frosting
1 qt. PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
2 cups ice water
2 cups JELL-O Vanilla Whip N Chill Mousse

Cake: Grease and flour 8 (8-inch) round cake pans (or 2 cake pans for trial recipe).

Combine flour, baking bowder, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice; set aside.

Beat sugar and egg product in large mixer bowl fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed 1 min.

Add pineapple, dressing and applesauce; beat on low speed 1 min., stopping occasionally to scrape side and bottom of bowl.

Add flour mixture, walnuts and raisins; mix just until moistened.

Stir in carrots.

Pour evenly into prepared pans.

Bake in 325F-standard oven for 45 to 50 min.
