Carrot Cake For Beautiful and Healthy Skin

   In a large bowl, cream the butter, then stir in the sugar, adding it in several batches.

   Add one egg yolk at a time to the bowl, and thoroughly mix.

   Add grated carrots to the bowl and mix well until evenly incorporated.

   In a separate bowl, whip the egg whites until they're a stiff meringue.

   Add half of the meringue to the batter, and then sift in half of the ingredients.

   Cut in the batter with a rubber spatula, and repeat.

   Pour the batter from Step 5 into a muffin tin, and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.

   After they are finished baking, remove from the mold, and cool on a rack!
