1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons water
Batter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons shortening, melted
1/2 cup milk
