Carolina Dream Frosting

   Combine first 4 ingredients in top of a double boiler.

   Beat at low speed for 30 seconds.

   Bring water to a boil.

   Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened.

   Remove from heat.

   Add remaining ingredients.

   In a large bowl, pour egg mixture over fruit and nuts.

   Mix well.

   Cool completely.
