Caramelized Pecan Bar

   Preheat oven to 350F

   For the dough, mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl.

   Add the flour to make a crumbly dough.

   Pour the batter into a loaf pan and press the dough with the palm of your hand to level it.

   Chill for about 20 minutes.

   Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.

   In a pan, add the butter, sugar, honey, and cream.

   Bring to a boil, and boil for about 1 minute.

   Remove from heat and add the pecans.

    Pour on top of the cake.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 165 degrees Celsius.

    To unmold and cut, wait until the cake is completely cold.

    Cut into small portions.
