Caramelized Onion & Gorgonzola Pizza

   Insert pizza dome and cooking platform in the oven and preheat oven at 500 degrees 30 minutes prior to baking the pizza.

   In a skillet over low to medium heat, add olive oil and cook onions until brown and caramelized.

   Place 14 inch round parchment paper on pizza peel.

   Stretch the dough and place on parchment paper.

   Spread caramalized onions spread in a thin layer over the dough.

   Sprinkle gorgonzola cheese throughout pizza.

   Insert into preheated oven. Average cook time 8 mins with pizza dome.
