3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla extract

1 Tbsp. sugar
2 pkt chewy caramels in lowfat milk chocolate (5.3 ounce ea)

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer till creamy; gradually add in sugars, beating well.

Stir together flour, cocoa, and soda; add in to butter mix, mixing well.

Stir in vanilla and 1/2 c. pecans.

Cover and refrigerate1 hour.

Combine remaining 1/2 c. pecans and 1 Tbsp.
