Caramel Chocolate Nut Brownies

   Grease an 8x8 inch square baking pan.

   Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs in large bowl.

   Stir for 50 strokes with a spoon and spread in greased pan.

   Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.

   Heat the caramels and condensed milk in a saucepan.

   Stir consistently until the caramels melt.

   Mix in the pecans and the chocolate chips until the chips melt.

   Spread over cooled brownies.
