Caramel Candy Bar Cookies

   For cookie crust, combine flour, oats and baking soda.

   In a mixing bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.

   Beat in oat mixture until crumbly.

   Don't overmix.

   Reserve 1 cup of this crust mixture.

   Press remainder into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350u00b0 for 10 minutes.
