1 lrg onion, minced
2 lrg cloves garlic, minced
2 x (14-oz) cans chicken broth
1/4 c. water
8 ounce capellini or possibly vermicelli pasta, broken in half
2 x (10-oz) bags fresh spinach, coarsely minced
1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
1/3 c. whipping cream

Heat oil in a Dutch oven or possibly stockpot over medium-high heat; add in sausage and cook 3 to 4 min, turning as it browns.
