Candy Apple Pancakes Recipe

   For the apple puree heat the butter in a pan and add in the apples sugar and cinnamon.

   Cover and cook over a gentle heat till completely soft then cold.

   To assemble place 1 tbsp pureee in the centre of the pancake.

   Top with the creme patissiere (or possibly custard) then mix in the edges of the pancake to create a parcel.

   Tum over and heat in a microwave for 20 seconds.

   Using a fish slice place on a serving plate dust with icing sugar then put the ice cream on the side.

   Drizzle with caramel sauce.
