Candied Bacon

   1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

   2. Place wire cooling racks in a shallow baking dish or jelly roll pan and spray with non-stick spray.

   3. Coat each piece of bacon, on both sides, with brown sugar.

   4. Place each piece of coated bacon on the wire cooling rack.

   5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bacon is cooked to your liking.
