Get large soup pot and melt butter

Cook mushrooms in butter with dash of salt over medium-high heat (about 7-10 minutes, when mushrooms begin to soften)

Reduce heat and let mushrooms simmer for 12-15 minutes

Add onion and cook together for 5-10 minutes

Add flour for thickening purposes and continue stirring until flour is well mixed

Add chopped garlic cloves and dill springs, mix well.

Add chicken stock, vegetable stock, water, and heavy cream

Bring entire pot to simmer and let cook for one hour

**Optional step** For creamy and thick soup, blend mixture in blender or food processor until smooth (recommended)
