Cajun Potato Salad

   1. Wash, peel, and dice up your potatoes.

   2. Stick them in a pot and cover them with water.

   3. Cook on medium high for about 15 minutes (or however you're used to doing it).

   4. Drain in a strainer, then rinse with cold water until cooled.

   5. Put them in a bowl and mix everything right in.

   6. Add more Cajun seasoning if you like more heat.

   7. Chill for several hours or serve as it is, if thats how you roll.

   Lick your spoon when you're done.
