1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain and return to pot.

2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt one tablespoon of butter and cook onion, garlic and jalepeno until softened, about four minutes. Add remaining butter. When melted, add flour forming a roux. Add salt, and pepper; nutmeg, cayenne and oregano. stir until well blended. Gradually stir in milk until blended. Bring to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture has thickened, about two minutes. Add cheddar cheeses and stir until melted. Remove from heat stir in yogurt.

3. Stir creamy sauce into cooked macaroni. then pour into a casserole dish.

Taste and add spices as needed.

4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.

5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350(F) for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
