Cafe-style Chocolate au Lait

   Break the chocolate bar into small pieces.

   Put the milk or soy milk in a sauce pan, and add the chocolate (chocolate melts easily, so don't touch it directly with your hands.)

   Stir it slowly over a medium low to low heat until the chocolate melts.

   Mind it doesn't burn.

   Once the chocolate has melted, pour it into a cup, and it's done.

   It's also great with soy milk.
