Ingredients: 150 grams Bread (strong) flour; 3 grams Dry yeast; 10 grams Sugar; 3 grams Salt; 8 grams Butter; 2 tsp Instant coffee powder; 100 grams Milk; 1 Bread (strong) flour; 1 Butter; 1 Granulated sugar

Use a bread maker to knead.

Let the dough proof at 30C until about double size.

Punch the dough to release the air and divide into 5 portions.

Form them into balls.

Rest for 10 minutes.

Fold the two sides in to meet in the middle, then fold in half again.

Roll the portions into the shape of a coffee bean.
