1 whole head cabbage

1 cube chicken or beef bullion or 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

Chop all vegetable. Combine all ingredients in stockpot and add enough water to cover. boil 10 minutes. reduce to simmer and continue cooking until vegetables are tender, approx 2 hours. check periodically by carrots.
