Cabbage Rolls – a delicious recipe with ground beef, pork sausage, egg, sage, onion, black pepper. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 egg
1 tsp. rubbed sage
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Season-All
2 c. cooked rice
2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
2 medium size heads cabbage
1 c. water

Combine all ingredients except 1 can tomato soup, cabbage and water.

Cut out heart of the cabbage and immerse in boiling water to loosen leaves.

Place about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each leaf.

Roll and fasten with toothpicks.

Place in a large roasting pan.

Mix remaining can of soup with the 1 cup water and pour over cabbage rolls.

Cover and bake in a 350u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
