Cabbage Omelet for Bentos

   Shred the cabbage.

   Microwave in a container for about 40-50 seconds to soften.

   Add the egg, salt and pepper and mix together.

   Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg from Step 2.

   Make a ditch in the center and drizzle in the sauce.

   Shape into an omelet and add water to the pan.

   Cover the pan and steam for about 1-2 minutes (to cook through).

   Drizzle sauce (about 1 tablespoon) onto the sides of the pan, coat, and it's done.
