Ingredients: 6 x Large eggs, separated; 1 1/2 c. sugar; 1 tsp baking pwdr; 2 tsp vanilla; 1 tsp almond extract; 2 c. graham cracker crumbs; 1 c. nuts, minced; 1/4 c. butter, melted; 1/4 c. water; 1 c. brown sugar; 1 Tbsp. flour; 1 x egg, well beaten; 1/4 c. orange juice; 1/2 tsp vanilla

Beat egg yolks well, slowly adding sugar, then baking pwdr and flavoring.

Mix well.

Beat egg whites till they hold stiff peaks: Mix in yolk mix, crumbs and nuts.

Bake in slow oven 3250 30-35 minutes.

SauceAdd water to melted butter in saucepan.

Blend in brown sugar and flour.

Add in egg, orange juice, and vanilla.

Mix well.

Bring to boil and cook till thickened.

This can be served in the pan or possibly fixed like date pudding.
