Melt sugar in a non stick pan by continuous stirring till it become dark brown color.

Take care while stirring Sugar should not burn

When it reaches dark brown color add hot water and boil it by continuously stirring for 5 minutes.

Keep it aside for cooling.

METHOD OF PREPARATION OF CAKE

Beat egg with sugar in a large bowl using a egg beater for at least 15 minute or till foam is made.

Then add oil, Caramel syrup, Milk etc and beat it for another 5 minutes.

Add maida little by little by continuous stirring and mix thoroughly to get a good dough.

Now add baking powder and mix well to reach everywhere.

Spread butter or ghee to the pan using for the preparation and springle some maida allover it.

Pour the cake mix to the pan and microwave at 180 degree for 20-30 minutes.

If oven is not available ,you can use a nonstick pan with lid.

Place a thick-bottomed pan on the flame and place non-stick pan over it.

Spread butter on the pan,spread some maida and pour the mixture.

Cook it closed and at low flame.

After 20-30 minutes ,insert a knife to the cake and remove.

If the knife remains clean without cake portion,the cake is ready .Turn off the flame.
