2 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Salt
3/4 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter, softened
1 x Egg
2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tsp Grated lemon rind
3/4 pkt (12-ounce) Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In small bowl, combine flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.

In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat well.

Add in egg, lowfat milk, lemon juice and lemon rind; beat well.

(Mix will appear curdled.)

Gradually beat in flour mix.

Stir in Nestle Toll House butterscotch flavored morsels.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
