Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds just until morsels melt, stirring after every 15 seconds. Remove from microwave and beat in butter and vanilla with mixer on low speed until smooth. Slowly beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled bars. Sprinkle with walnuts. Allow icing to harden for 30 minutes before cutting into bars.
