1/2 cups Butter, Softened
3/4 cups Sugar
2/3 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
2 whole Egg Whites
1-1/4 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Flour
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoons Salt
5 whole Butterfinger Candy Bars (Full Sized 2.1 Oz), Chopped

Cream butter and sugars. Add egg whites and beat well. Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture and mix well (see note below). Stir in chopped candy bars.

Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: when you start adding the flour mixture, the batter will start getting hard to mix. When you add in the candy bars, the batter will be very hard to mix!
