Butter Cookies

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Let butter soften to room temperature. Mix powdered sugar and butter together.

   Mix in lemon and vanilla flavorings until blended well.

   Slowly add flour to the butter mixture until batter is only slightly sticky. Roll dough into small balls.

   Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

   Press dough out with a fork. Bake cookies at 350u00b0 about 7 minutes.

   Makes 3 to 5 dozen cookies depending on size.
