Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Allow to stand 5 minutes. Mix oil and egg, Then add all flour and mix in a stand mixer until dough just comes together. Allow dough to hydrate 10 minutes. Knead on low speed for 7-8 minutes until dough is smooth. Cover and allow to rise until doubled in size, about an hour. Remove dough from bowl and divide into 4. Roll each piece into a ball, place on a cookie sheet and cover loosly with plastic. Allow buns to rise until they reach the proper bun size and carefully remove wrap. Brush buns with melted butter and bake in a 375 degree oven until golden brown, aprox 13-16 minutes. Internal temperature should be 190-200.
