Broccoli
Cauliflower
Grapes, red & green
Slivered almonds 1.5-2oz
Scallions
Bacon ( use bottle Bacon pieces for ease of prep)
Dressing: 1 cup Mayo
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup half & half
2 tbs. vinegar

Break broccoli and cauliflower into small flowerets. Mix remaining ingrediants except bacon. Mix dressing and pour over to coat. You may not use all the dressing. Remainder can be discarded. After dressing is added, top with bacon. Mix before serving.
