Buffet Potatoes

   Peel and chop potatoes in 1/2 to 1-inch squares.

   Arrange potatoes in a greased 2-quart casserole in 3 layers, topping each layer with a dash of pepper and 1/3 each of salt, parsley, onion and cheese.

   Dot with margarine and pour half and half over potatoes.

   Cover and cook in a 325u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes or in a 350u00b0 oven for 1 hour.

   Uncover and cook until potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes longer.
