1
Start by softening the cream cheese in a medium size microwave safe bowl.
-
2
I heat it for about a minute, until its really soft and creamy.
-
3
Add the hot sauce and combine.
-
4
At this point its a good idea to give the mixture a taste and see if you need more hot sauce.
-
5
Add the ground chicken to the cream cheese mixture.
-
6
Stir with a large spoon until mixed well.
-
7
Preheat your pan to about medium heat.
-
8
You want the burgers to brown, but not too quickly.
-
9
Spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
-
10
Now here comes the fun part.
-
11
Just scoop a large spoonful of the chicken mixture onto the pan.
-
12
Think of it as really thick pancake batter.
-
13
Scoop it on and press it down so its a patty shape.
-
14
You can make your burgers as big or as small as you want, however I wouldnt make them too thick or it will take too long to cook through.
-
15
Cook for about 5-6 minutes or so; until set well on the bottom and then flip.
-
16
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on each burger and cook for another 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through.
-
17
Once cooked, remove from pan, place on a hamburger bun and top with some bleu cheese dressing, if desired.
-
18
Enjoy!
