   Brown ground beef in nonstick skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until cooked through.

   Pour off drippings; add chili powder, ground cumin, salt and pepper.

   Stir in spinach and chunky salsa; heat through.

   Remove from heat; stir in shredded Cheddar cheese.

   Assemble 8 flour tortillas (2 on each plate).

   Spoon beef mixture down the center of each tortilla and fold to create a pocket.
