Ingredients: 3 c. cooked, chopped chicken; 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck; 1/2 lb. hot pork sausage; 1 large onion; 1 qt. skimmed chicken broth; 1 (20 oz.) bottle catsup; 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce; 2 (16 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes; 3 medium potatoes, creamed with margarine; 1 (16 oz.) can green peas; 2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn; 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans; 1 Tbsp. vinegar; 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce; 1 tsp. dry mustard; salt to taste

Brown beef, sausage and onion.

Drain fat.

Add 1 quart chicken broth.

Cook slowly one hour.

Add catsup, tomato sauce, tomatoes and creamed potatoes.

Cook slowly in crock-pot for about 6 hours.
