Brownie Style Doughnuts

   Prep the walnuts by crushing them into 5mm sized pieces by hand.

   Put the chocolate and the butter in a large heatproof bowl, and heat in the microwave at 600w setting for about 1 minute to melt.

   Then mix with a whisk.

   Add the pancake mix, egg, cocoa powder, sugar and milk and mix.

   Add half of the walnuts and mix with a spatula.

   Coat the doughnut molds with a little vegetable oil and then put the rest of the walnuts inside them.

   Using a spoon, scoop the dough into the molds.

   Gently tap the molds against a counter to even out the surface.

   Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for about 15 minutes.
