1/2 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
2 Tbsp. Water
1 1/3 c. Chocolate morsels, semi-sweet
2 x Egg
2/3 c. Flour, all-purpose
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
3/4 c. Nuts, minced

Heat oven to 350 .

Grease 9-inch pie plate.

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just till mix comes to a boil.

Remove from heat.

Immediately add in chocolate chips; stir till melted.

Add in Large eggs; beat with spoon till well blended.

Stir in vanilla and nuts, if you like; pour into prepared pie plate.

Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till almost set.
