Brown Cow Punch Recipe

   In a punch bowl, combine lowfat milk and extract.

   Add in ice cream by scoopfuls and allow to float on top of punch.

   Or possibly scoop ice cream into glasses; combine lowfat milk and extract, then pour over ice cream.

   Editor's note:If coffee ice cream is unavailable, dissolve 2 tsp.

   instant coffee granules in 2 tsp.

   warm water and stir into vanilla ice cream.
