1 Tbsp. butter
1 x onion minced
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth boiling
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
