Broil Special

   Place the temperature of the oven at broil.

   Place broil in an aluminum pan and slice about 10 slits into it.

   First season it with the onion, garlic and seasoned salt on top and under.

   Now poke holes into the broil with a fork.

   Then take a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of soy sauce and a 1/2 cup of melted butter and marinate the London Broil.

   Flip it once or twice so the seasoning gets through the whole steak.

   Let the steak set for about 15 to 25 minutes.
