Broccoli Supreme – a delicious recipe with fresh broccoli, water, salt, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, grated carrot. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. grated carrot
1 Tbsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. stuffing mix
2 Tbsp. melted butter

Wash broccoli; separate flowerets and coarsely chop stalk. Bring water to a boil; add salt and broccoli.

Cover; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Drain and set aside.

Combine soup and next 5 ingredients, mixing well.

Fold in broccoli; pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.

Combine stuffing mix and butter; sprinkle over top of casserole.
