Broccoli stuffed chicken

   Pre heat oven 350.

   Slice breast into thin cutlets.

   I was able to cut this one 4 times.

   Pound out for even thinness.

   Cut broccoli into small bites and slice mushrooms.

   Boil till tender

   Place cheese in the middle of chicken and the top with broccoli mushroom .

   Roll the chicken and use tooth picks to hold together.

   Pour bread seasoning in a bowl, egg and table spoon of water in a bowl, and grease the foil in a baking dish.

    Dip chicken in egg wash then bread crumbs and place in dish.

    Bake for 25 minutes
