1. Grease a tart dish and line wth the pastry sheet. Cook the pastry until just brown, and put aside.

2. Slice the onions and potatoes and fry in the butter until potatoes start to soften.

3. Chop broccoli to bite size peieces and add to the onions/potatoes. Stir through until broccoli softens (just a few minutes). Season with salt/pepper. Leave for 10 minutes to cool.

4. In a jug, mix the eggs and cream together.

5. Fill the pastry to the top with the vegetables and level out. Top up with the egg/cream mixture. Crumble the cheese evenly over the top, and sprinkle with the chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Cook for 20-30 minnutes until starts to turn golden.

Serve either hot or cold!
